A: In the upper right corner of the screen, click your name and then “Preferences.” From the “Preferences” page click “Change password.”
A: On the login screen, click the “Forgotten your username or password?” link and follow the directions. If you can’t find your account, email support@semitracks.com.
A: In the upper right corner, click your name then “Grades.” For a specific course, open the course and click “Grades” in the left navigation.
A: Each course item has a checkbox. Presentations usually require 95% viewed. Quizzes usually require 80% to pass. Documents and videos usually do not show completion.
A: Yes. Quizzes are for comprehension and can be taken as many times as you like. Tests that issue certificates can also be retaken if needed.
A: You may not have completed the course or passed the final test. Some “Materials By Topic” items do not include a certificate.
A: There isn’t a direct export. You can copy grade tables into a spreadsheet and download any earned certificates. Grades will be available again if you renew.
A: No. Access is disabled after expiration. Download certificates when you earn them if you’ll need them later. Access returns when you renew.
A: Log in, click “My courses” on the left. Open “Online Courses” or “Materials By Topic” to see the lists.
A: After you log in, under “New to Semitracks Online Training?”, click the “Getting started” course video for a tour.
A: Try these steps:
- Check your internet connection and retry after a few minutes.
- If it’s Friday 6–10 AM Pacific Time, we may be doing maintenance.
- Note any error messages you see.
- Email support@semitracks.com if you still cannot sign in.
